Onyx Solar has delivered its cutting-edge Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) solutions to equip the corporate offices of Genesal Energy in Bergondo, A Coruña, with a state-of-the-art photovoltaic façade. The façade is composed of 93 crystalline silicon photovoltaic glass units. Each unit was customized to meet the client’s specific requirements, with a sleek black rear frit for enhanced aesthetics and optimal energy efficiency. The photovoltaic glass configuration (4+4) ensures durability and high performance, while the various sizes of the glass panels seamlessly integrate into the existing structure, creating a visually striking yet functional design.
The photovoltaic façade installed at Genesal Energy’s corporate offices in Bergondo not only enhances the building's energy efficiency but also demonstrates how modern architecture can seamlessly integrate renewable energy solutions. The crystalline silicon glass panels, known for their high-performance capabilities, contribute significantly to reducing the building's reliance on traditional energy sources by harnessing clean solar power. Each glass panels is capable of providing long-lasting energy output while maintaining the sleek, contemporary look of the building.
