REZBUILD

Programme: H2020. European Commision. 

REZBUILD aims to develop a cutting-edge refurbishment ecosystem that integrates cost-effective technologies, innovative business models, and life cycle interaction for deep Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB) renovations. The project addresses various residential renovation types and connects renovation stages with all relevant stakeholders.

Our approach establishes a multi-collaborative framework managed by an Agile Project Management tool. This tool ensures real-time coordination of customized retrofitting plans, linking all stakeholders in the building renovation value chain.

The REZBUILD consortium features 13 partners across 5 countries, including major industries, SMEs, consultancy firms, R&D centers, public bodies, user associations, and academic institutions. This diverse collaboration blends international expertise to drive innovation.
