There are 3,250 photovoltaic glasses in this installation, covering a total area of 6,500 m2 (69,965 sqft) and 1 MW of installed power.  This project sets a new milestone by being the largest photovoltaic integration (BIPV project) in the continent.

Each PV glass measures 2,000x1,000 mm, and contains a blue ceramic frit to match Sterling Bank's aesthetic requirements. The glass configuration on each unit is 4+4 mm.

 

Originally built in the 1980's, this photovoltaic integration provides Sterling Bank with an innovative design while providing the bank's employees with ample free and clean energy for their use.
