At one side, we have the impressive photovoltaic skylight made of 180 trapezoidal shaped monocrystalline silicon PV glasses, giving this singular view at the main area of the building. For this particular project, we have manufactured our innovative technology in 90 different sizes to caters to the specific requirements of the client. Our solar technology is 100 % customized in terms of size, among others.
In adition, each PV glass units has a glass configuration of 6+6 mm with a 12 mm argon chamber. It provides superior thermal insulation, keeping the interior of buildings comfortable. The argon chamber help reduce energy costs and improve indoor air quality, making it an excellent choice for sustainable building projects in hot climates like the one in Saudi Arabia.
The peak power of the photovoltaic skylight is 72.3 kWp that produces 132,994 kWh every year.
On the other side, we have installed also a photovoltaic carport in the parking area of the complex. In addition to generating clean energy, it will provide shade and protect parked vehicles from direct sunlight.
It is composed by 145 monocrystalline silicon PV glasses with a measuere of 1,700x1,000 mm. The whole carport has 38.5 kWp installed power, and is able to generate 70,636 kWh each year.
NESR, founded in 2017 and with over 5,000 employees, is an international, industry-leading provider of integrated energy services in the MENA and Asia Pacific regions.
